Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

The company uses Paychex Flex to report the bi-weekly payroll and to print payroll reports as needed.

Pros

  • Easy report management.
  • Allows me to process payroll on my time.
  • Was a great tool to help process our PPP loan forgiveness.
Customer service is friendly and always available.
