Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex on a weekly basis. It makes payroll a seamless operation and allow employees to access their information online. The representatives are knowledgeable and very efficient. They make my life much easier.

At the end of every month we pay a healthcare buy out to eligible employees.. I forgot to put it in and my account rep: Lihui contacted me to double check. He saved me the wrath of the employees that count on receiving that money each month. Awesome support!
