Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Paychex Flex for payroll info, HR, and training/courses. It's used by the whole organization. It's convenient to have access to reports without having to contact a customer service representative. We also have Payroll Learning Essentials, which is a great way to keep employees updated with required training and courses. I think it's a great tool for small and large companies.
- Provide and generate reports for our business and report them directly to the required agencies.
- Edit information about employees. Each employee can access Paychex Flex directly to make changes to their account.
- Training and courses. From Paychex Flex, we can click on training and it directs us to Paychex Learning Essentials, which contains required and optional training and courses for the employees, such as business skills, sales, and services, leadership and management, workplace safety.
- Training and courses. Some of the required courses at Paychex Learning Essentials got discontinued and even though they said they will replace it with a better option, it's been months that we don't see any additional or replacement training/course.
- Notifications to employees. We had issues with Paychex Flex emailing our employees directly regarding the training or course assigned to them. Some employees never get the notification email, while others do receive them.
- Easy to navigate the site. Very straightforward sometimes, and other times it's very difficult to find something.
- Saves time.
- Consistency.

The company was already using Paychex Flex once I joined.
