Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use it to manage our payroll for all of our employees. It makes it easy to calculate and file taxes across multiple states.
  • Easy user-interface
  • Automatically creates checks
  • Calculates taxes across multiple states
  • I find the employees vs. users feature confusing
  • My employees have had a hard time logging in at times to view their statements/pay stubs
  • Makes it easy to run payroll so I can spend more time focused on our company's mission
We haven't used or evaluated other products.

I rarely think systems are perfect, but it definitely does the job and makes things so much easier on me.
I appreciate that it does the hard work and calculations for you, which makes payroll much easier. You can easily adjust the numbers after the checks are automatically created.
