Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I process payroll online at Paychex Flex for 5 staff members only

  • It would be nice to enter in 2 rates a lot easier- I have to put the 2 rates in 2 to 3 times

Would you buy Paychex Flex again?

Yes

I like everything about Paychex except the fact of when I enter in 2 rates it usually takes me 3 times to get it to save and move to the next staff member.
The only issue I have with processing payroll is when I enter in a second rate with hours then hit save it kicks back and only does the one rate. It usually takes about 2 or 3 times before the second rate will be added.

Other than the above issue it is very user-friendly and Paychex associates are helpful.
