Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Both business units - the whole company payroll uses the same system. No major issues so far. Recently the IRS approved a new credit ERTC and the implementation of that credit was relatively easier with Paychex's help. Over the phone, the rep asked me a few questions and was able to enable that credit in our self-service entry system

  • some aspects of user interface (UI)

Paychex is simpler to use and relatively less expensive for a small business. Also, ADP support seems to be less conducive for a non-technical small business owner to seek and get the well-needed help from the rep over the phone. Many small business clients end up forfeiting credits like the new ERTC credit

easy to use. As I explained before - the implementation of the new ERTC credit was made easier with the Paychex system. I have heard from other clients of mine who use ADP and others - and they have NOT been able to take advantage of this credit as ADP and other systems are NOT easy to use NOR easy to approach their help group for support
It is suitable for small to medium-sized firms. The self-service feature has been made easier to understand and use. some tax business clients use the same service and are benefiting from these good and practical features. However, if an employer wants immediate help like using the Chat method - that kind of help/support is not fully implemented yet
