Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex allows our employees to view and download their paystubs & W2's at their own convenience. It also gives them access to see their employee info and history, which frees up my time from having to save and send records upon request. As an admin, I use it to download reports for each pay period and quarter. Having access to everything in the cloud makes my job easier as I also work from home sometimes.

Pros

  • Easy to find reports
  • Easy to update employee info
  • Access reports as soon as payroll is processed

Cons

  • Have updated forms accessible online (like Direct Deposit)
  • Saves everyone time!
I haven't needed to request support for Paychex Flex. We are assigned a Payroll rep and if I have questions I would usually ask them.

I only use it minimally, and it does what I need.
It's very helpful that each employee has access to their own records and that they can access it on their own time and at home if they need to.
