Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex is used to help us sort our payroll and let employees see their pay during the pay period. This is beneficial to our employees for tax implications and just so they can see what is being taken out of their checks. We have a representative that we work with to deal with the varying changes in pay for some of our employees, and Paychex adjusts and fixes all of our situations immediately.

We have had numerous employees that have switched their schedules due to school and other conflicts. Paychex, they allowed us to be flexible and they also helped to fix any payroll issues we had because of this transition. Very fast responses and timely execution. Every staff member we have spoken to was pleasant and knowledgeable about how to resolve the issue presented.

I believe the website is simple and easy to use. The drop-down menus and navigation aren't complex at all which is good. I will say, however, that the mobile version of Paychex online is a little hard to use and see specific details when on the go. We can not speak to the app, as we have not tried it, but just in terms of the mobile UX, it could be a bit better.
One of our employees was having trouble getting paid before we signed up for Paychex. We tried to direct deposit his funds from chase straight to his credit union and that was causing issues. So once we switched to Paychex, everything because much easier, and he was paid on time from then on.
