Paychex Flex - Best in the Market for US Payroll
Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Paychex Flex to process payroll and file taxes. We are currently integrating our internal system with Paychex to automate the new hires. We have both Weekly and biweekly pay schedules and we do run off cycles every week for certain states when we have terminations. We have designated a representative from Paychex to reach out for any queries and they are very quick in responding to our queries. Paychex is updating its user interface according to our needs to make our life easy. The best part is we have regular meetings with Paychex every month to discuss our issues and requirements. They always listen to us and give their best to meet our expectations. Always try to improve their services.
Pros
- Customer service
- Reporting system
- Payroll
- Filing Taxes
Cons
- System Speed
- Customizing reports
- paystub visibility is limited to only 3years.
- On time payroll
- HR efficiency
- Pre payroll calculations
- Payroll data storage
With ADP we didn't feel we had good customer support. The cost is also pretty high compared to Paychex. Though it has some good sides like system speed and custom reporting, it lacks basic customer support and it was very tight with Payroll submission deadlines reaching out to any representative was a nightmare on payroll days. I believe, ADP is not ideal for small and mid-range companies.
