Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Our company uses Paychex both for payroll processing and for our HR needs.

I have not used the reporting
I use mostly phone support and always get someone on the phone very rapidly and the representatives are very knowledgeable.

very easy to learn how to use even without tutorial
Paychex is very user friendly to process payroll. Especially for a small business that does not have someone dedicated to payroll.
