Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex for all our payroll needs. We also use Paychex Flex for creating our employee handbook and safety handbook. I use Paychex Flex extensively for all payroll records and for generating reports. The platform is intuitive and our consultants at Paychex Flex are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Positively - During the COVID crises when we needed to generate reports for our PPP loans, Paychex Flex was instrumental. I use Paychex Flex for any kind of payroll history report for PFL, DBL, etc.
First Rate-- both in terms of our consultant and the online help via chat. Even at very busy times, Paychex Flex's team is always there to help.

The personnel and customer support is excellent and Paychex Flex continues to evaluate customer needs and upgrade their software. The platform is user friendly and intuitive.
My consultant and her team are first rate! She has knowledge of our systems and our particular payroll needs which are idiosyncratic to our small company. For reporting and payroll management, Paychex Flex is well suited. I cannot think of any scenarios where it is less appropriate.
