Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

ReadWest uses Paychex Flex to handle reporting hours, assign appropriate tax deductions, and issue payroll through direct deposit. Our Payroll Service Representative calls the office so we can report hours, then she offers Cash Requirements, and next, I go onto Flex and print check stubs, the invoice, payroll journal, department summary, and the general ledger. Very helpful tool.
  • Customer Service response is quick.
  • Sends in tax requirements in a timely manner.
  • The online Flex tool is easy to use.
  • Send a notification when taxes have been sent.
  • The positive impacts would be the efficiency and time-saving aspects.
  • It is wonderful Paychex sends compliance and labor posters.
Positively - The invoice is used by our bookkeeper, and the journal department summary and general ledger are used by myself and the Board Treasurer. These forms help with preparing our taxes and assist us in forming our next fiscal budget.
We recently received a new Rep. However, our last Rep. was amazing. He called when he said he would and followed up with me when we had an issue with the taxes.

Easy to navigate and edit needed changes.
I received a letter from the state regarding a change in tax information, so I contacted Paychex, and they adjusted the notifications to the state for me.
