Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I use Paychex Flex as an employer and an employee. I use it to pull records and data.

Pros

  • Provides tax records - 1099s and w2s.
  • Provides payment records for employers and employees.
  • Provides investment records.

Cons

  • It could be easier to reach someone by phone for questions.
  • When I first joined Paychex, they made it painless and helped me through every step.
  • They helped me get a PPE loan when COVID shut my company down.
I have not used the reporting
I have always had a representative assigned to my company, and they've always been helpful and quick to respond.
