Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Limited use: Checking dates of employment of staff. I'd be lost without my Paychex representative.

And Paychex offered help and got us our Employee Retention credits.

Pros

  • Helps me with % or other increases to staff salaries.
  • Different types of documents (e.g., quarterly) regarding salaries.

Cons

  • Website is a bit difficult for a non-skilled user to understand.
  • Access to someone who KNOWS, cause I don't/
Positively - I use quarterly and annual payroll reports for budgeting purposes. They're great for this purpose.
We used a payroll service years ago, but it was sort of a disaster. Paychex Flex took its place and has been great.

Paychex Flex has always given me what I need, though that is very modest. We're not big, so I can only speak for the little guy.
I'm a non-HR user. We don't have an HR specialist, and don't need one (we have 5 employees). Paychex Flex does what we need in terms of payroll; payroll taxes; reports to the government; posters, etc., and I don't have to rely on someone local.

It's what we can use now. I don't have any ideas of how Paychex Flex would not be appropriate.
