- Difficult to stop paying employees who have left. If you turn it off too soon, it won't pay them and if you forget to turn it off it pays them after they've left
- I like that employees can enter their own w-4 information
- Employees can retrieve their own check stubs
Positively - It is so easy to use that almost anyone could use it. It only takes a few minutes each pay day to get payroll finished. Paychex Flex makes it so easy to get the benefits, we hardly spend any time worrying about benefits.
