I use Paychex to handle our payroll and related payouts. Paychex makes processing my payroll quick and painless.

Paychex is always there to help me whether it be online support or over the phone support. I even once I needed support on a Saturday and Paychex customer service answered the phone and were there to help me right away. I really appreciated that.

I find it very easy to use. I find it easy to log onto the web site and find the information about my employees that I need at any given time. In addition, anytime I had to call Paychex for help there has always been a customer service representative available to help me.

Paychex has provided the quality service they promised and I trust them 100%. When I need help I prefer to make a phone call and there is always someone at customer service to pick up the call and help me even if my delegated payroll specialist is not available to pick up instantaneously when I call. I would highly recommend Paychex for all your payroll needs.
