Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex has allowed us to have complete trust that we are paying employees correctly and abiding by Federal/State/Local laws. It was truly a lifesaver during COVID, and we are so glad to have added this software to our organization. Paychex literally saves us almost an entire employee by handling our payroll items for us.

  • Makes payroll processing super easy.
  • Manual manipulation to certain areas on our own without needing an account manager.
  • General ledger setup.
  • Backup assistance is more attentive when the account manager is out.
  • Significant time savings.
  • Ability to self-serve for employees.
  • Efficiency is much higher overall for the company.
Positively - GL detail report, GL weekly payroll report, IATSE health and annuity reports, etc. etc... the report function is fantastic with Paychex, especially the custom reports we have made. Quarter-end processing of SDI and NYPFL has been significantly reduced thanks to the Paychex custom report we made.
The dedicated account manager is awesome and so helpful. Knowledge is great and so friendly.

Overall, it is the complete package and still cost-efficient. We reviewed many different software before deciding on Paychex, and we are more than satisfied with the results we have gotten. We are so glad to have finally decided to use payroll software.
Paychex is ideal for all-size companies, in my opinion. The platform is very user-friendly, account managers are very knowledgeable, and the company as a whole has great customer service. Anyone who has been debating on using payroll software would be pleasantly surprised at how easy of a transition it is to use one. We have over 200 employees, and it was a seamless change for us. Highly satisfied!
