A well-architected solution for a common problem that has been a pain point in large organizations for years: creating simple workflows for generating friendly, editable, cross-platform PDF files. We leverage PDFfiller to fully automate this process, for our vendors and partners when we need strictly compliant yet also user-friendly editable PDFs.
  • Easy workflows for creating new templates.
  • Ability to bulk send to multiple recipients.
  • Easy to collect signatures as well as other fill-in details.
  • Some formatting options are not as flexible as they could be.
  • More flexible options for pricing for occasional users.
  • UI is a bit overwhelming for new users.
  • Easily editable fields.
  • Custom formatting and templates.
  • Easy signature collection.

Great for signature collection, contract management, procurement, and legal. Highly usable for all teams in all business functions, and requires little training and onboarding to be productive.
