Manage data and track client services.

- Identify issues and problem solve solutions.
- Some of the fields seem redundant.
- I think beta testing new databases should be at a significantly reduced rate due to the amount of time needed to work out the issues and refine the product. Both organizations have carrying costs during this phase of development.
- We are still in the implementation process. But, we endeavour to reduce the redundancies, save time and reduce our carbon footprint by going paperless.
