Overall Satisfaction with People HR

People HR seems to be a quite affordable and useful software for our organization. It is mainly used for Application tracking systems, auditing, tracking, basic reporting, salary info, etc. The best thing which I like about People HR are Performance Management and Applications Tracking Systems. People HR is very easy to use, such a big help.

People HR is easy to use, you don't actually need any training for that. The programme and functionality are excellent, and the support provided by Advisors when you click the help button to speak with them is always excellent. They are quick to respond to any questions and provide excellent customer service.

It's simple to use even for non-technical employees, making it very simple to install even for a workforce that hasn't grown up in the digital age, and for that People HR is the best option to fit in. I haven't got in any situation yet where I see People HR as less appropriate except Applications Tracking Systems as I have never worked on that module much.

    All the reviews here are from HR people using the software to do their jobs. I have experience of using it as an employee, and my feedback would be that the user interface for employees is absolutely abysmal. Logging in and performing any simple task normally takes 20 minutes or more as all the options are counterintuitive. The software doesn't give employees any useful visibility of dates so teams can plan options Before PeopleHR we had Timetastic to book holidays, which was easy and intuitive. We changed because HR wanted a system which let them handle employee data better. I appreciate that HR needs to do its job, but PeopleHR's employee screens suck so badly, I want to find a better option. Can you recommend a system which does what HR needs - and is more usable for employees?
