Overall Satisfaction with PeopleGuru HCM
PeopleGuru HCM helps us manager payroll, deductions, employee data and time and attendance. This is something that was done using an outdated system in the past and it has saved us time and made our department more efficient. Information is found in one system versus multiple. It is also accessible to employees using their phones, so that is very helpful as well!
- App Use is very helpful for employees to have access to information
- Time and Attendance is user-friendly
- Data is accessible at your fingertips
- Reports are a little cumbersome at times to locate
- Some of the updates cause glitches that need to be corrected
- Set-up isn't always the easiest when rolling out new parts of the software
- Efficient open enrollment
- Using one system instead of many
- The app has been very helpful to the team!
- Weekly calls to help with support has been very beneficial
I was not part of the team that chose this software, but I believe ADP and Paychex Flex was two programs that were considered. The ultimate choice was made based on budget and tying it into our existing time clock and time and attendance we were already using.
