Overall Satisfaction with PeopleGuru HCM

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PeopleGuru HCM helps us manager payroll, deductions, employee data and time and attendance. This is something that was done using an outdated system in the past and it has saved us time and made our department more efficient. Information is found in one system versus multiple. It is also accessible to employees using their phones, so that is very helpful as well!

Pros

App Use is very helpful for employees to have access to information
Time and Attendance is user-friendly
Data is accessible at your fingertips

Cons

Reports are a little cumbersome at times to locate
Some of the updates cause glitches that need to be corrected
Set-up isn't always the easiest when rolling out new parts of the software

Return on Investment

Efficient open enrollment
Using one system instead of many
The app has been very helpful to the team!
Weekly calls to help with support has been very beneficial

Product Configurability

There have been bumps in the road, but the team has been helpful in helping us correct them in a timely manner. The reporting tools aren't as user-friendly as I had hoped, but we are working through that challenge. As we work through that it becomes easier and easier to use.

Alternatives Considered

I was not part of the team that chose this software, but I believe ADP and Paychex Flex was two programs that were considered. The ultimate choice was made based on budget and tying it into our existing time clock and time and attendance we were already using.

Overall good software. There were some items in the beginning that would have gone smoother if the implementation team followed up more. Things have gone much better now that we have a team we work with on a more consistent basis. They have been able to help us with various system issues and have made it much easier for our small team.
