PeopleMatter user

PeopleMatter is our HR System that is used across the entire organization. We use to process hires, promotions, transfers, schedules, assessments for hiring, and processing background checks. It doesn't function as a true HRIS system so we use it to the best ability for the functions that it does give us along with reporting. The reporting functionality is very user friendly. Also PeopleMatter has a great help desk support team who are always eager and willing to help with any issues that may occur.
