- An easy to use interface to send emails
- Pinpointe's customer service is fantastic. They are very responsive and frequently go above and beyond with customization and data base help.
- Powerful reporting and segmentation capabilities .
- it would be nice if one could create a segment that allowed sending to a contact or list (s) if they havent been emailed in a defined time frame
- A recent prospecting email allowed us to win 2 new customers in the last 30 days
