Overall Satisfaction with Pipefy

We used Pipefy to manage Sales Processes, Product development and management, HR requests, and marketing assets requests. The main focus was to get things organized all in one place, with ease of access to everyone, and also, get away with endless chat conversions. Getting everything in the same tool is one of the key benefits.

Trello is a much simpler tool in general ways, it does not provide nearly 1/100 of the customization from papery. Also, Trello seems to be stuck in the past, the design never got refreshed, and on Pipefy, they are constantly keeping up the design fresh and beautiful.

For Business Process Management where you need to deploy fast and easily, with some sort of personalization, Pipefy is your go-to. For sales, we think that Pipefy misses some key sales tools that other sales-focused platforms have, but it's understandable as it's not the main focus. Automation without coding is also a very positive point for them.
