It is used to manage and organize all the sales activities from prospecting, it is used by the sales department! It is good and make things easy, saves time and manages all the data in a good manner and faster!

It is good that it allows and enables user to prepare reports in a good way it is easy to use and it has got flexible and amazing features that make it a great one. But the feature of email marketing is one that has to be improved and all.
