Overall Satisfaction with Pipeliner CRM

I am currently the only one using Pipeliner, as a test run for the entire sales operations.
Few others across the globe are trying other solutions.
It has tremendously helped with keeping track of leads and allowing for timely follow-up and schedule of all activities sales cycle involved.
Great GUI and Easy to adapt to.

As mentioned before, way easier to adopt too.
Customization was easy to get a hang of, the training was superb, and allows anyone to quickly and easily get running with it.

Visually, can't compare to any other CRM, others would have you searching for where to click to do simple tasks.
Pipeliner Team really created this for the Sales Personnel.

It's really easy to use, few minutes of training is enough to get you up and running and able to start wanting to figure out the other features for yourself. Feel it been set up for anyone to be able to get their fingers wrapped around and be able to even teach others within a short space of time
I personally haven't used direct/live support, but their provided documents/videos and hacks are great support items that allow you to overcome any issue/challenge you may have thought you had, and allow you to enjoy the process of discovering them without needing to dial in to live support.
I personally believe it is well suited for any serious sales personnel.
It is well laid out and doesn't feel/seem like any other CRM.
Drag and Drop Functionality, Visually seeing where within the sales process a lead is very useful.
Doesn't seem daunting or with a steep learning curve.
