Very helpful for private company data

We use it for weekly/daily alerts on our clients and also for general information gathering on clients. It's useful to check ahead of client calls to see where they're invested, who leads each deal, whether they're focused on platform deals or add-ons, and getting a sense of how large & active they are (particularly important for a lot of these MM firms that are less name brand).

Sometimes the data is lacking for smaller investment firms or private companies, but most of the time it is there. We use it to better understand our client base (private investment firms).
