Overall Satisfaction with Planful

very useful in reporting. we also use it in consolidation and with eliminations. it is very user friendly and a clean software.

Pros

  • easy to customize reports
  • helpful training resources
  • ease of use

Cons

  • it would be nice to have the ability to load more transactional level data vs just trial balance and stat data
  • the budgeting tool is not as user friendly
  • the forecasting tool/templates are a little clunky to use
  • Planful is a great tool for updating management on financial health, very easy to read and customize
it is very easy to do this with planful. we aggregate 30+ different trial balances into one in order to complete reporting.
yes, Planful has all the options we need for management reporting requests. the excel add on could be more user friendly.
