Overall Satisfaction with Planful

We use Planful during month end to consolidate and run different financial reports. I haven't quite been using for long enough to report any issues or problems I've come across.

Pros

  • Run reports quickly

Cons

  • None that I can think of

Planful has impacted my ability to collaborate on financial plans within the finance department and within other business units by creating clear and specific reports and drill down abilities to easily answer any questions or research any issues or concerns someone may bring up about a report.
It has been helpful to run multiple reports from the same platform for our legal entities without needing to bounce back between Planful and other financial reporting platforms.
We enjoy planful and have preferred it compared to similar products because of the personability, helpfulness form customer service, easy sign on, ability to customize reports, and run easy consolidation process.
