Have always received a quick answer/solution to any questions regarding PlanGrid from customer support.
Our project team has utilized PlanGrid to create an issue log to track constructability issues regarding our construction project.

PlanGrid is great for quickly communicating information within the field, however, its office capabilities are more limited compared to some alternative software I have used.
Great to use for creating a constructability issues log. Easy to communicate issues within the drawing set to project team members in real time. Perfect to mark up documents on a tablet in the field. Office uses are more limited.
