Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Planoly to manage client social media accounts. It helps to keep our posts organized but also to allow our clients to view and review content as needed! This makes the content review process so much faster and helps us keep clients in the loop with upcoming social media plans.

Alternatives Considered

Hootsuite, Later, monday.com and Canva

Planoly was the most cost effective option for me and my clients and allowed us to use a grid view to see how our content would show up on the feed. Grid view was very important when choosing the software for us. It was also allowed us to schedule stories as well and some other softwares did not.

Usability

Planoly was easy to use from day one for myself. That made it a simple process to teach other members of my team how to use it, as well as my clients for when they need to do some content review. It is accessible from both mobile and PC and that is a must, especially during remote/travel work days.

Support Rating

The support team was instantly responsive and were always happy to answer even the simplest software question. I knew that my clients would be in good hands should I not be available for any scheduling question through the support team. Everything was always impeccably handled in a timely manner! 100% satisfaction.

Likelihood to Recommend

Planoly is perfect for managing social media accounts for business or public figures. It would work great for personal use as well but maybe wouldn't be as necessary. For business purposes, it changes the game! Having something that is easy to teach colleagues to use is one of the most important features I looked for when choosing a social media management platform.
