Overall Satisfaction with Planview AdaptiveWork

I was an end user support technician for two years, and now I am a system administrator/developer for AdaptiveWork.

We have been able to implement many business rules to guide our project managers though the project life cycle correctly. One short coming has been time management. Our users have requested expanded capabilities around this module.
