We have Podium being used at all dealerships, collision centers, and car washes within our auto group. Podium is used by sales and service departments to help generate online reviews.
We know the car buying experience is a lot different than it was even a few years ago. Customers are doing their research online before picking and coming to a dealerships- you need to stand out online before a customer chooses a competing dealership.

- Easy for customers to leave online reviews.
- Easy for employees to send review invites.
- The text message software is what gets results. Everyone is opening and reading their texts. Other email based review generation products do not get anywhere near the results you will see from Podium.
- I have no cons for Podium
- It's hard to calculate an ROI for Podium; however, everyone in our group will say that it is worth the money.
We used Reputation.com in the past. We were receiving tons of negative reviews from their email blasts.
