Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a great tool to get fast, agile insights when speed is important. We use it for a variety business needs and research questions, from very tactical questions that require a quick answer, concept and claims testing, to using the tool as a consumer sentiment tracker for emerging trends and topics of interest.

Usability

It is overall a very easy to use platform and I think that someone with even a basic understanding of research and insights can easily create a survey - with a client team waiting in the wings in case you DO need help. In my opinion there are some opportunities for improving Insights Builder/analysis tools - making it easier to create crosstabs, having a readily available "Help" library are two opportunities that come to mind.

I think Pollfish is a great platform for a broad range of use cases which is why it was selected for our company. It is easy to use, has very good analytic capabilities, and (very important) our client service team is excellent, very responsive and experts in methodology. This is just as important, if not slightly more so, than the platform itself.

Likelihood to Recommend

Pollfish is great for a variety of use cases but I like it best for tactical to moderately complex research projects, OR projects where speed of insight to influence the business decision is critical. I think of Pollfish largely as a DIY platform, but they have excellent full service capabilities that can be leveraged if needed. It is reassuring to know that their methodology expertise is "waiting in the wings" in case it is needed.
