Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish

We used Pollfish to help our clients conduct audience public research in the St. Louis region that give us insights into how people use certain product or visit certain locaitons in our area.

Pros

  • Areas covered
  • Ability to craft different kinds of messages

Cons

  • There are different features associated with each tier but they aren't locked when you build the surveys so you find out after the fact that you can't do something.
  • It has helped us sell in more work to our clients based off gaps and opportunities found
It is pretty navigable and user friendly
