Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish

We use Pollfish to conduct primary research on behalf of clients and across our organization. We typically purchase from the Pollfish panel audience, but occasionally use a survey link to distribute the survey. We most often raft surveys between 15-20 questions across open ended, single select, multi-select, and matrix to gather rich quantitative insights.

Pollfish is very easy and intuitive to use and even our most entry-level employees are able to quickly pick on on the tool and its functionality. There are some quirks such as having to adjust the audience count in two locations, but that is easy to work around. The platform is overall very usable and effective.
We selected Pollfish because it was more user friendly, cost effective, and advanced in its capabilities.

We use Pollfisjh for primary research and find the surveys fill quite quickly for CPG companies across grocery, pet, health and beauty, and more. Pollfish is well suited to recruit audiences within those categories. Pollfish is less suited for research where you need more qualitative questions as they limit those per survey to reduce respondent fatigue. Pollfish is also less suited for more niche categories, but their customer service team has been great at collaborating with us on both of those scenarios.
