We use Pollfish to conduct quantitative and qualitative research that contributes to how we determine consumer sentiment, shopping habits and spending likelihoods among different consumer demographics.

The platform could be more intuitive - I had to ask customer service MANY questions
The survey responses could be delivered in a more cohesive way, or a better option for a more cohesive way
Responses could be easier to segment - I had to ask for help with this too from customer service

Usability

I think it's pretty good, but I don't find the user interface intuitive. I needed quite a lot of help building a survey and segmenting results -- however, the help was there and customer service really did come through to allow me to pull out the insights I needed.

Likelihood to Recommend

It was not easy to build a complicated survey, but it was possible. I would definitely recommend this for simple quantitative research, qualitative research did work but it'd be great if there was a way to make it more in depth. This tool is also good for surveying the masses, but the optionality for getting things in front of high net worth individuals don't really exist.
