Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Pollfish to run our quarterly brand tracker. This allows us to get a sense of our brand awareness, familiarity, attractiveness, NPS score and other key metrics. This also allows us to see where we stand vs our competitors. Tracking this on a quarterly basis shows our progress across the year and allows us to identify areas to improve or areas we are doing well in.

Usability

Overall the platform is easy to use from my perspective, however, I would consider myself to be more tech savvy than others. I could see it being more difficult to use for others.

Likelihood to Recommend

Pollfish allows us to have a clear understanding of key brand metrics but the price is a lot and would not be attractive to smaller businesses. The data analysis allows us to form a quick understanding of our survey results so we can report back to our executives in a timely manner.
