Transactional Email Made Easy
Overall Satisfaction with Postmark
I use Postmark to send all transactional emails for a web-based baseball simulation game that I created called Pennant Wars.
Some examples of transactional emails are for new user sign-up, order confirmation, password reset, and emails dynamically alerting users about in-game occurrences (end of a season, monthly team report, etc.).

Pros
- Easy to integrate with
- Very good delivery rates
- Open tracking
- Supports bootstrapped businesses
Cons
- Postmark meets all of my needs, and there's nothing missing that I wish it had.
- Ease of use
- Cost efficient
- Stability
- Spam/bounce webhook integration
- It is really "set and forget." I have not had any issues that I've needed to deal with. It just works.
I got lucky, and Postmark was the first option I tried.
