Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

We are now transitioning to electric audit files and have all of our policies stored and updated on PowerDMS!
  • Customer service is exceptional!
  • Training materials and the success community.
  • The features that are available.
  • The ability to copy a document within an assessment from one standard to the next.
  • The ability to assign more roles within the assessment.
  • The ability to bulk assign existing tasks into new assessments or other created assessments.
  • Because we have really just begun utilizing PowerDMS in the last six months or so I do not have any tangible numbers to provide and some of the areas where PowerDMS has benefited us it's difficult to measure those numbers.
  • Utilizing PowerDMS has made our processes so much more efficient.

A secure location to store documents with an electronic trail such as policy/procedure. Electronic audit files-I'm at an agency that has multiple audits at various facilities throughout our state. PowerDMS has made my job of managing these audits much more efficient by having them electronically.
