Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

We implemented PowerDMS in 2015 to manage our policy and our CALEA Accreditation. The entire department uses PowerDMS for our agencies Policy and Forms Library, Internal Training Course, and Career Development. As the Accreditation Manager, I utilize the software to manage our policy development, distribution, and tracking and document management and facilitation of our accreditation assessment.

  • The Developer and Product Innovators are very open to idea to streamline functionality
  • Reduces Overtime by eliminating redundancy
  • Streamlines Processes such training needs, policy management and distribution, and employee performance tracking.
None, all of our accreditation files and policy were in hard paper copy prior to the implementation of PowerDMS.
PowerDMS Helpdesk representatives are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure product support and satisfaction.

The software provides a way to streamline paper documents into a electronic document management system that flows into accreditation assessments seamlessly. Makes it quite easy to go paperless.

Using PowerDMS

The product is very user friendly. They also provide awesome training opportunity, a success community, and tutorials for any questions that users may have.

PowerDMS Reliability

There are very few issues with the software, however, when there is an issue, the Customer Service team is very responsive and is able to escalate it quickly.

Integrating PowerDMS

They offer new administrator training that assisted in providing me and other users with knowledge of functionality. It was a train the trainer situation and provided a lot of hands on training.
