Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to navigate software
Easy to search
Super awesome customer service
Integrated and useful help files and blog - love the help blogs - easier than 90% of the customer blogs out there

Cons

I would like to see more of a dashboard look, especially for the courses - easier to add modules, etc.
They just added folders, but more fully integrated folders and the ability to easily move items around would be more efficient

Return on Investment

Management of front-line employees' files and access to policies and procedures to better serve communities. More knowledgeable employees mean more knowledgeable citizens.
Access to law enforcement files has also grown employee knowledge exponentially

Likelihood to Recommend

PowerDMS is definitely suited to any entity seeking to manage their accreditation, or their policies and procedures.
