Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS
PowerDMS is being used by our entire organization for policies and procedures. It allows us to publish policies and have employees sign the policy. We also use PowerDMS for storing our property inspections and permits. We can set expiration dates and alerts so our managers can reduce fines or late fees for expired inspections.
- The onboard training and support is excellent. They help set goals for launch time frames and overall goals for the use of the software within the company and tailor to ones needs.
- PowerDMS offers many training opportunities along with webinars and meetings to continue educating administers.
- I love that they are open to suggestions and strive to make PowerDMS better everyday.
- Fillable forms would be nice
- I would like the ability to pick and choose which policies may be printed.
- We use less paper.
- We save time because employees can use the mobile app to find procedures. No more searching for operating manuals.
- The policies are always current. In fact, all of our documents can be changed and updated within minutes.
