Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

We use PowerDMS for policy distribution, testing, and training.

Pros

  • I find it easy to navigate
  • If you ever get in a jam, they offer both live support or video tutorials.

Cons

  • I have yet to run across a con.
  • The advantages of the mobile app and web-based version takes the guesswork out of staying within department policy.
It serves as an excellent tool in tracking policy acknowledgment and testing.
