Overall Satisfaction with Precoro
We gain complete control over all our purchasing operations, from purchase requisition (which can be easily created thanks to the item catalog) to inventory control. Precoro allows checking all order stages and payments, setting up and controlling budgets, and creating visual reports in real time.
Pros
- Vendor management with supplier portal and item catalog.
- Matching PO with Invoices. So we can eliminate double payments.
- Budgets with a progress bar for each project.
- Many custom fields for report creation to improve analytics.
- Customer support and advising.

- I would like to see a complete approval history for each order.

- It has been challenging to manage requests and compare them with budgets. Many of them were lost or made post factum. As a result, we spent more than necessary, and the whole procurement process took a long time.
- Now we have all the steps from the request to the receipt in one system. In addition, an inventory section, vendor catalog, and reports. The ordering and approval process became much faster.
