Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Prezi has been used and is being used across the whole company. It is primarily used in sales and marketing as of right now. We wanted to have the ability to create different and fun campaigns. I had heard of Prezi before so wanted to give it a try, and a few of my co-workers were interested as well

Alternatives Considered

Prezi is very different from PowerPoint or other services I have used to create presentations. If you are looking for a cut and dry solution with minimal time commitment, then this is not it. If you would like to do a different and fun presentation that catches the eye, this would be an excellent way to go.

Prezi is an excellent solution for a team that is looking to mix up their presentations and what their public look is. I think Prezi works very well for that. There is a lot of ways you can present the same info in Prezi, and depending on the audience, you can make it a certain way. If you need a very cut and dry solution, this probably isn't it
