Overall Satisfaction with Printanista
We use it to check up on our machines, meters, ink levels, etc. It's fast and easy and shows the date it was last connected to the machines, which helps us in the long run because we don't have to go to the machines to get this information physically.
Pros
- Gathers accurate meter readings.
- Gathers accurate toner levels.
- Makes it easy to search for a machine.
Cons
- At times I have to manually type in a serial # vs copy and pasting.
- I wish there was an easy way to edit a machine name on the website.
- Everything else is pretty much fine.
- So far it's only been positive. The response time is faster.
- The service time Is quicker, making is faster for us to get ink to the machines.
Yes, we have benefited from being able to manage and troubleshoot devices remotely. Mainly, being able to grab the meter readings and toner levels remotely keeps us ahead of the game, ahead of any machines running out of toners, and ahead of not needing to physically go to the machine for meters.
Yes, we have integrated Printanista with e-automate. The integration helped save us time, as things are sent to Printanista automatically so we can easily head there to check toner levels and meter readings.
