ECI's Printanista product provides out meter specialists with a cloud-based access solution that gives them easy access to reports and alerts. It has reduced our service delivery costs and improved consistency thus leading to better profitability.

Absolutely, it is no longer incumbent upon the customer and/or field technicians to report usage. Now it can be done from our offices with no interruption.
Yes and the integration is seamless and a "no-brainer", increasing accuracy and billings.
We migrated from an on-prem version to the cloud based one for ease of maintenance and increased availability.
Coming from FMaudit, Printanista was an easy and logical transition.
