Overall Satisfaction with Printanista

We use Printanista to collect meter reads and supply alerts from customers.

Pros

  • notifies of supply alerts

Cons

  • The security of the program and remoting customer equipment
  • Reliability of the DCA
  • Configurability of supply alerts
  • It has a higher cost per unit than their competitors.
  • Service support is slow
No we don't use Printanista remotely because of the security aspects of it.
Yes we have integrated. It has helped in most cases.
All 3 alternatives we liked better. We are currently in the process of converting over to Predictive Insight.

I feel that Printanista does not provide a good upgrade path from their prior products. They also do not provide a way to converge dbases from prior products.
