- It's easy to get up and running quickly with lots of sensible options set by default. There's also lots of options for advance configurations.
- Interface is fairly intuitive for both content editors and site administrators.
- Technical and Account Management support is very good: they are responsive and quick to resolve any issues or queries raised.
- Getting the site to work in a highly resilient and fault tolerant manner takes some effort. The options and documentation is there, but it's not as straight forward as one would hope.
- Make sure you understand the licencing models in order to select the most appropriate for your needs. If your business spins up and tears down lots of sites it can get expensive as domain licences are non-transferable.
